Registration Checklist: What to Bring
To prepare for your child’s first day, please provide the following documentation and personal items. These ensure a safe, smooth, and successful transition into our program. Please label all items with your child’s name. If you have questions about what to bring, we’re happy to assist you during your tour or by phone.
Required Forms:
- Current immunization records
- Annual physical exam report
- Emergency contact card
- Completed registration form
- Parent/guardian acknowledgment & consent forms
- Childcare assistance contract (if applicable)
Personal Items:
- Indoor shoes (e.g., sneakers)
- Weather-appropriate outdoor shoes
- Outerwear (e.g., coat or jacket)
- Blanket and child-sized pillow for rest time
- Change of clothing (at least one full set)
For Infants & Toddlers:
- Diapers and wipes
- Diaper cream or powder
- Two full changes of clothes
